User Agreement and Subscription Terms

The Ideation app allows users to generate ideas using AI technology powered by the OpenAI API. All notes and user input are processed via external services, including OpenAI and Firebase.

Subscription and Paid Features

The app offers paid subscription plans that unlock additional features and increased usage limits. Depending on the selected plan, these may include (but are not limited to):

• Removal of advertisements
• Increased limits for saved brainstorming sessions
• Higher idea counts per session
• Increased weekly generation capacity
• Access to all available generation roles

Pricing

The current subscription price is displayed at the time of purchase via the App Store or Google Play Store and may vary by region. Payment is charged to the user's Apple ID or Google account upon confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription in your Apple ID or Google account settings.

Limitations and Disclaimer

The app relies on the stability of third-party services (OpenAI, Firebase). We do not guarantee continuous availability or uninterrupted operation of generation features, as service outages or API limits may occur beyond our control.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Premium access remains active until the end of the paid period.
